Is it possible to simply add a rollaway bed to any of the rooms for a fee at a Disney resort rather than needing to upgrade to a suite or larger room?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Holly!

We are pleased to see you here visiting us at planDisney today, welcome back. Your vacation is quickly approaching, you must be so ready for this enchanting adventure. Don’t forget to pack your Mickey Ears and MagicBands!

You’ll be happy to hEAR that rollaway beds are available for Guests to request at many of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels (subject to availability). All you need to do is call your specific resort directly to inquire about and request a rollaway bed. Keep in mind that rollaway beds cannot be used to increase the capacity of the room. So your best bet would be to book a larger room.

Depending on how many Guests are in your party, I do have a couple of suggestions. Disney’s Art of Animation Resort offers a fantastic Family Suite that can accommodate up to 6 adults. If you are a party of 4 and just wanted a little more room to spread out, then I recommend Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. This resort offers a standard room with a 5th sleeper, the perfect option for a child!

Holly, I hope this helps answer your question. If you need any other resort suggestions, let us know! Many of us have traveled in larger parties, so we are more than happy to help you find a room that is just right!

    See ya real soon!
