    Is it possible to get a room upgrade once we are there?

    Hello Janeen,

    You are welcome to ask if there are any upgrades available when you arrive at your resort.  However, they are not very common.  In fact, they are what I call "pixie dusted magic" when you do get one.  If you are lucky enough to snag one make sure to ask whether or not they are complimentary.  Guests will typically be charged for upgrades.  

    Magic happens at Disney World all the time so you may get lucky!  Sure doesn't hurt to ask.  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel.
