    Is it possible to ride a bus from Fort Wilderness to the Magic Kingdom or do you have to take a boat? The boat would be fun, but thinking in hot weather the bus might be cooler! Thanks.

    I love that you are exploring your options. I haven't had the opportunity to stay at Fort Wilderness yet but its on my "must do" list of Disney Resorts.  However, I went to the other experts on the Disney Parks Moms Panel who have stayed at Fort Wilderness for advice on this one.

    You'll need to take a boat from Fort Wilderness to the Magic Kingdom. There isn't a bus that goes directly to the Magic Kingdom from there.  Fortunately, there is usually a nice breeze along the water once the boat is in motion especially if you're traveling early in the morning or after the sun starts to set.
