Hi would it be possible to retrieve my photos that expired today from PhotoPass. I thought they expired tomorrow but I was wrong and I would really love to download them. We visited animal Kingdom on the following date 6/13/22.

    Hi Lidia,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! Happy to hEAR that you had a great time at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Unfortunately, according to this expiration policy, Disney PhotoPass photos expire after their 45 day window. Since they’re expired, you wouldn’t be able to download the photos at this time. I know that’s not so fun to hear. In the future, if you find that you’re running up against that expiration window, you can purchase an Expiration Extension, which extends your photos for another 15 days, for a total of 60 days to download the photos.

If you need further details about the process or have questions, definitely connect with the Disney PhotoPass help desk. I've called them a few times in the past for PhotoPass related questions and they are super helpful!

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful and if you have future planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
