Hello James! Welcome to planDisney with an excellent planning question.
I am so excited to hear that you will be enjoying
The World’s Most Magical Celebration very soon. I am also a guest with limited mobility issues who could not navigate the parks without the use of an ECV.
All Disney Theme Parks and Disney Springs have ECVs for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, you cannot make a reservation to use EVCs owned by Disney. Rentals can be obtained at the wheelchair/
ECV rental area at the front of all theme parks. The cost of daily rental is $50 plus a $20 deposit that is refundable when you return the ECV before leaving the park for the day. Supplies are limited, so I advise that you arrive at the parks as early as possible.
If you are staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel and need the use of an ECV while on Disney property but outside of theme parks or Disney Springs, I recommend that you rent from the Disney featured provider. This provider will deliver and pick up your ECV to Bell Services of all resorts in the Disney Resorts Collection.
I hope this helps with your planning. Additionally, if your daughter requires the use of a DAS, Disability Access Service pass, you can use this
link for more information.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
