When might it be possible to make 2021 reservations? I had a reservation for June but cancelled when it was apparent the World wouldn’t be open and since I am “high risk”so wouldn’t be safe attending before a vaccine.

It's great to see you here again today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lloyd! We've all had a bit of a Stitch in our vacation plans this spring, but I'm glad to hear that you're planning for a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow and a return to Walt Disney World Resort next summer. I am so excited to get back, I know that when I round the bend on Main Street U.S.A. and see Cinderella Castle, it's going to feel like the first time all over again!

Typically, vacation package reservations open up around the summertime in the year before you want to travel. For example, vacation packages for 2020 were available for booking beginning in June of 2019. As you mentioned in your question, things are looking a little different this year so we don't quite know just yet when vacation package bookings will open up for 2021. All Resort Hotel reservations and Ticket purchases are currently paused temporarily, but it's likely that we're about to get a lot of information pretty soon in the lead up to the phased re-opening of the Theme Parks on July 11. I recommend that you bookmark and keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog because it will be the first place to announce any details about the re-opening process, including when you may be able to make a reservation for your vacation next summer.

    Have a magical day, Lloyd!
