Is it possible to make a reservation for a table service also the day before we want to eat there or is it rather difficult to do so because the restaurants are overbooked ?

    Hi Karin,

The answer to your question is, "it depends."  During off-peak times, and particularly during off-peak dining hours, it is possible to secure a table at sit-down restaurant a day before you'd like to dine at many establishments throughout Disney.  However, even during historically slower time periods, the more popular restaurants can be challenging.  During peak seasons (holidays, summer months, etc.) many Disney restaurants are booked to capacity several weeks in advance.  If you are travelling during less crowded periods and/or are willing to eat dinner late or early, you are likely to find at least a few restaurants with availability the day before your planned visit.  However, if there are certain locations that you are very interested in dining at, I strongly recommend making advanced dining reservations as soon as possible to ensure that you aren't disappointed.

Making reservations takes a bit of time and pre-planning, but in the end, will reduce your waiting time, and help ensure that you get to experience those restaurants that are most interesting to your family.

    Have a wonderful trip!
