    Is it possible to request a particular area if making a resort reservation ie, Grandstand area at the Saratoga Resort, and when would the best time to do this. When you make the initaial reservation or just a few days before you arrive? Thank you

    When I have a particular building or floor that I have requested, I make the request at booking, and then I follow up a week before I arrive to be sure that request is still in the system.  I just call and confirm my reservation, to be sure my preferred location is listed, understanding the small print that says, 'we can not gaurentee all requests'  but they will do there best to accomodate.  So, with that, I just ask and on the day I arrive if they were able to honor my request, and sometimes, I end up in a better space than I had originally asked.  Hope you have a fabulous trip!!!
