First and foremost, I'm so sorry you are dealing with some health issues. I'm sending happy thoughts your way.

I'm also sorry to hear you have to cancel your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.

Typically, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you have a package, I encourage you to discuss your reservation with a Cast Member. You can do so by calling 407-560-CHAT (2428). If you have tickets only, you can call 407-566-4985 and select option four. This will direct you to a Cast Member in Ticketing Guest Services.
