Hi, Catherine! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
I'm sorry to hear that you may need to change your plans for visiting
Walt Disney World Resort. I would be happy to help you get everything sorted out so that you can dream of a great, big, beautiful tomorrow when you can reschedule your visit.
To enter one of the Walt Disney World theme parks, a
Disney Park Pass reservation is currently required along with your valid
theme park admission. If your plans change, it's easy to cancel and reschedule your Disney Park Pass reservation. To do so, log into your
My Disney Experience account. Once you're signed in, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience logo at the top of your computer screen. In the drop-down menu that appears, click on "My Plans." Next, scroll through your plans until you find the Disney Park Pass reservation that you need to cancel, and click on "View Details." You should then see a link to "Cancel This Reservation." If you wish to make another reservation, you can click on the Disney Park Pass reservation link found at the beginning of this paragraph to do so. Disney Park Pass availability can be viewed using
this calendar.
Theme park tickets themselves are nonrefundable, but it may be possible to
modify your tickets if you need to change the date of your visit. Partially used multi-day theme park tickets with a usage window impacted by park closure, or date-specific theme park tickets purchased through June 6, 2020, with a valid use period beginning March 12, 2020 or later, will automatically be extended to use any date through September 26, 2021. If you are unable to visit by September 26, 2021, you may apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date. Also, if your tickets were purchased as part of a
vacation package along with a
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stay, it may be possible to modify or cancel your tickets. If you have questions about your theme park tickets, please feel free to
call the Help Center phone number for Existing Tickets.
I hope that this information helps you with modifying your vacation plans, Catherine. If you have any additional questions, please visit us again. See ya real soon!
