Is it possible to re-enter the same park later in the day if we leave to take a nap at the resort in the middle of the day?

Hi Valerie! Welcome to the panel and I hope we can help answer any questions you might have while you are planning a great Disney vacation!

You many leave and re-enter one park as many times as you wish during a single day with your park ticket. Many guests find it necessary and good for the kids to leave for an afternoon nap or swim in the pool for a change from lines and people.  It is always a good idea to arrive at a park at opening when it is least crowded so this way you can enjoy and nap later. Many of the parks have night time parades or entertainment of some sort so it is fun to head back for dinner and that.

If you add the park hopper option to your tickets you can come and go to all four parks in one day if you wish and not just one. It depends on what you think will work best for your family as it is an additional cost to the tickets.

Enjoy and hope we can continue to help!
