Is it possible to use the quick service entitlement towards a meal in a full service restaurant and pay the difference in cost?

    Hi Linda,

I LOVE the Disney Dining Plans. In my opinion, being able to add one to my family's Disney vacation package is one of the best benefits of staying at Disney Resort hotels!

One fantastic aspect of using Disney Dining Plans is that you have a great deal of flexibility when redeeming your dining credits. However, using Quick-Service meal entitlements for Table-Service meals, and paying out-of-pocket for the price difference, is not an option at this time. In other words, currently you can only use Table-Service credits for table-service meals.

When using Quick-Service entitlements for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will receive: One (1) Entrée and One (1) Nonalcoholic Beverage.

Each Table-Service meal entitlement includes the following for breakfast: One (1) Entrée, One (1) Nonalcoholic Beverage, or One (1) Full Buffet or Family-Style Meal. For lunch/dinner Table-Service includes: One (1) Entrée, One (1) Dessert, One (1) Nonalcoholic Beverage, or One (1) Full Buffet or Family-Style Meal.

With the Disney Dining Plan, everyone in the party ages 3 and over will receive the following each night of their package stay:

    • One (1) Table-Service Meal
    • One (1) Quick-Service Meal
    • Two (2) Snacks

If you wish to receive more Table-Service meal entitlements, consider upgrading your meal plan.

Did You Know? In 2018, Guests will have many new beverage options included in Disney Dining Plans. There are several options such as non-alcoholic specialty beverages and, for Guests 21 and older, beer, wine and cocktails too!

I hope you found this information useful, Linda. Please visit us again with more questions. We would love to sprinkle a little pixie dust on all your Disney vacation plans!
