Hi Amanda,
As a fellow Canadian who frequently takes advantage of the opportunity to engage in some cross-border shopping during my Walt Disney World Resort vacations, I would be so pleased to help you out with your question.
Mail and package delivery services are just one of many services you will enjoy as a guest at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Therefore, you will have no problem shipping a package to your Resort hotel from the
Disney Store.
You will want to ensure that your package is addressed to the lead guest on your Resort hotel reservation, with your arrival date specified on the shipping label so Disney will be able to link your package to your Resort hotel reservation once it arrives. You should aim to have your package arrive at the Resort 1-3 days before check-in.
Please be aware that Disney’s current policy is to charge a small
package handling fee for all packages delivered to the front desk of any Resort hotel. In the event your Walt Disney World Resort hotel has a
Business Center, any packages shipped by courier will likely be routed to the Business Center, which will also charge a
package delivery fee.
I hope this information is helpful, Amanda, as you finalize details for your upcoming trip. Should you have any other questions, or if we can assist further, please let us know. We are here to help!
Happy Shopping,
Trish
