    Is it possible pick up the orders bought on-line from bell services at Coronado Spring, and avoid the $6 fee?

    Olá, Edmar and bem-vindo to planDisney. February is so soon and Mickey and his pals are excited to see friends from São Paulo.

    Mail Services at Walt Disney World Resort provides a convenient way to receive packages directly to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel to save precious space in your suitcase or order groceries. It is also a great way to surprise friends and family who are vacationing at Walt Disney World Resort with fun items for their trip. While at one time this service was complimentary at many Resort hotels, receiving mail and packages carries an unavoidable $6.00-$8.00 per-package handling fee (price subject to change). Disney's All-Star Music Resort has a Locker system if you ship there. Magic moments have happened and the fee has mysteriously vanished but I would not expect the Blue Fairy to help in this case.

    If you want to ship groceries to your Resort hotel from local providers, then you can avoid the fee by choosing a window when you will be available to receive them. We choose it around pool time so the kids swim while we gather the packages and theme park time does not get interrupted.

    We have Amazon packages delivered to a Hub Locker off-property at no additional cost when we drive or rent a car.

    In any case, make sure to include the following information on the address:

    • The word "GUEST" followed by the name of the lead Guest on the Disney Resort hotel reservation
    • Disney Resort hotel full name, for example, " Disney's Art of Animation Resort"
    • Resort hotel address
    • City, State, Zip Code
    • Arrival Date

    Packages should not arrive more than a week before the check-in date.

    Disney Pro Tip: Speaking of mail: One of the coolest ways to say hello to a Disney-loving friend is to mail a letter from one of the theme parks. Stamps are available for purchase at all four theme parks and Disney Springs.
