Welcome to planDisney, Yuri. I love talking about Disney Bands. So, let's get straight into it.
If you're staying at
Disney's Pop Century Resort, you can typically ship packages to your resort. In the shipping address, you'll want to include the resort's name, then "c/o Guest" followed by your name on the next line, the resort's address, and, if you can, include your arrival date next to your name on the shipping label to help Cast Members identify your stay. Resorts will typically hold packages for up to a week before your check-in date, so I'd try to ensure that it arrives within that window. Just note that there is typically a fee for receiving packages that will be added to your resort charges.
There is also usually a selection of Disney Bands at many of the
merchandise locations at the resort, likely including the shop at your very own hotel. Once you have arrived and have your band in hand, you can link it to your account by downloading the My Disney Experience mobile app, clicking the 3 horizontal lines (☰) in the bottom right-hand corner, scrolling down and clicking "MagicBands & Cards," selecting "Link Your MagicBand or Card," and following the prompts. If it's one of the new iterations that is interactive, which it likely will be, you'll want to charge it before its first use. That being said, these bands will allow you to tap into the parks, scan into any Lightning Lanes you may have purchased, and charge items back to your Disney Resort hotel room even if the band hasn't been charged. It just won't vibrate and light up until it's charged. I'd recommend charging it each night after use so it's ready for your next park day!
Yuri, enjoy every moment of your visit to this magical place! If you have any other questions,
I'd be more than happy to help you!
Ba-la-la-la-la,
Matt
