It is possible to have physical ticket cards mailed to Canadian addresses? And if so, is there a fee for this service?

Welcome back to planDisney, Susan! I love that you keep coming back. You must love all the advice we give and that makes me very happy!

I confirmed with a friendly Cast Member, who may or may not have been a descendant of the Disney Legend Mary Blair, that at this time, physical admission cards cannot be sent ahead of time to our friends in Canada. While this is likely due to something out of Disney's control and might not be the news you want to hear, if you really want physical cards (and who could blame you - they make great souvenirs!), I'm happy to inform you that can still get them. You can obtain these fabulous cards at any Guest Relations location outside of the theme parks as well as the Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs.

In the meantime, you can usually use an old DisneyBand from a recent trip that is still connected to your My Disney Experience mobile app. Also, you can use the Disney MagicMobile Service on your phone too! There are so many different options and it's all about your comfort level. I've gone on trips where some people in my party are using their DisneyBand (always me), some are using their phones, and others prefer to use a physical admission card. I just love to have options, even if I'm always singing "O DisneyBands," which is my very own version of the Christmas classic "O Christmas Tree" but it's centered around what I love about DisneyBands.

If you already have Disney Springs on your itinerary, why not have that be your arrival day activity? You can pick up your physical admission cards, enjoy the Christmas Tree Stroll, and maybe even meet Santa Claus himself. I'm always itching for a DOLE Whip and there's something to be said for getting a whole DOLE Whip Flight at Swirls on the Water. And for me, no Disney Springs trip is complete without a stop at the World of Disney, where you can find dolls, toys, and all sorts of souvenirs! It's a veritable treasure trove of delights and might as well be called Souvenir-o-Rama! And since it's the holiday season, don't forget to also check out Disney's Days of Christmas for all things Disney and holidays to commemorate your December trip.

Susan, I hope your trip is full of Disney holiday magic and fills you with joy to last you the entire holiday season and beyond. It's a wonderful time of year to remind us what's truly important.

O DisneyBands, O DisneyBands, how lovely are your deeeeeee-signs,
    Matt
