Hi Shelley!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Character dining is one of the best ways to spend time with all our Disney friends - they will visit your table, one by one, giving you so much quality time for photographs, autographs and personal interaction. There is also a
Disney PhotoPass Photographer in attendance at several of the character dining locations to take those extra special family photos for you. For example, at
Chef Mickey's you can all pose in front of a giant plate before you are seated at your table, at
Cinderella's Royal Table you will have the opportunity for a photo with Cinderella before you make your way to the dining room, and at
Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White you will be invited to meet with the Queen after your meal and have your photo taken (fingers crossed that she'll be in a good mood that day!). Talking of Storybook Dining, this is my new favourite character dining - set in an enchanted forest, located at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Snow White, Dopey and Grumpy will visit your table, and it is a really magical experience.
The menu is very unique too.
Canadian Disney Gift Cards may be used in the same way as the
Disney Gift Cards purchased in the USA. They can be used for character dining, and at other Disney-owned restaurants around Walt Disney World Resort. Most shops at the theme parks and water parks will also accept them, along with Disney Resort hotels. You can also settle your hotel account with Disney Gift Cards by visiting your Front Desk at any Disney Resort hotel.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.
Sue
