Hi Bryan! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
Currently, to enter the parks you must have a valid admission ticket and
theme park reservation. However, did you
purchase your tickets directly from Disneyland Resort? If so, you already most likely have a theme park reservation. During your admission ticket transaction, you're asked to select your preferred date and park. If you selected Park Hopper, you selected the park you wanted to start your day in. The date and park are your theme park reservation.
Hopefully, you already have a reservation for your preferred park day. Let's check! Navigate to the Disneyland Resort website and hover over "My Disneyland" on the top left. From the menu, select "Ticket and Reservation Details." Click "Make or Modify Park Reservations" to bring up a list of all your current confirmed theme park reservations. If you see them there and it's all correct, you're good to go!
However, if you purchased elsewhere or the date isn't correct for your existing reservation, my best advice is to keep checking. People's plans change and if they cancel, availability changes as well. Last minute you might be able to snag the reservations you need. Keep checking the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, and then navigate to the "Make or Modify Park Reservations" page again if you see availability to begin making your reservation. Unfortunately, theme park reservations aren't guaranteed and this is a popular time to visit, so they can fill up.
I'm hoping you've got your theme park reservation and are just a couple of hours away from enjoying the magic of the parks! If you're staying at one of Disneyland Resort's hotels, you might also speak with a helpful Cast Member at the front desk about your difficulties locating your theme park reservations. They're always happy to help.
Wishing you luck!
Elizabeth
