Hi Debbie,
Shipping items to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel before arrival is a great way to both minimize your packing requirements and maximize your precious vacation time, ensuring everything you need for your trip will be ready and waiting upon your arrival. The good news is that one of the many services available to Disney Resort hotel Guests is mail and parcel delivery services.
If your Walt Disney World Resort hotel has on-site convention facilities, any packages shipped via courier, such as FedEx or UPS (including most Amazon shipments) should automatically be delivered to the Business Center located within your Resort’s Convention Center. These packages are subject to a small Business Center package handling fee upon delivery. In most cases letters or packages being shipped via regular mail (United States Postal Service) will be available for pick up at the Front Desk upon check in or delivered to your room by Bell Services.
All packages delivered to Disney Resort hotels without on-site convention facilities will be available for pick up at the Front Desk or delivered to your room by Bell Services. Please note that Disney’s current policy is to charge a small package handling fee for all packages delivered to the front desk of any Resort hotel.
Be sure to address your package to the lead Guest on your reservation. You will also want to ensure that the word "Guest" and your check in date is included on the package so Disney will be able to link the package to your reservation.
Should you have any other questions as you continue to plan for your trip, please send them our way. We would love to hEAR from you!
Trish
