It is so, so hard to be back at home knowing that there are delicious snacks, new experiences, and fun, have-to-have-it merchandise items in my happy place. Your questions resonates with me because I absolutely understand what it’s like to NEED something that can only be found at the Walt Disney World Resort. While I try to convince my husband that this just means we need to visit more often, he’s not buying it. (Although, if I can find a way, I AM buying that merchandise item!)
Teresa, you’ve got a couple of options. You’ve already checked
ShopDisney, and I recommend continuing to check, as their inventory changes all the time. Another place to shop Disney Parks merchandise is in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Tap “Shop Merchandise” to see your options, but note that many are “In-Store Only” items (though a cool feature is that, when you are at Walt Disney World, you can then use the map to find which stores are currently stocking the item).
Your other option is to contact Merchandise Guest Services. They can be reached via phone at (877) 560-6477 or via email at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. Provide as much detail as you can so you can help them find the item for you. There’s no guarantee that they will be able to ship something to you, but it’s worth a try.
You should also keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog, as they often announce new
merchandise or highlight merchandise items available in the theme parks and on ShopDisney. You never know when an item you’re wishing for might be featured!
