Is it possible for members of my party to have their own Disney experience with the tickets I purchased for them and are on my Disney experience app? This way they can make their own dining reservations, purchase their own Genie+ and so on.

    Hi Robert,

We are thrilled to see you stopping by planDisney with a question!

The short answer is yes, it certainly is possible. As long as those tickets have not been used, you should be able to reassign the tickets to each individual's profile. To do so, you will need to be connected to their My Disney Experience accounts through the Family & Friends List.

If folks have their own My Disney Experience accounts, you can simply send them an invitation to connect through the Family & Friends List. Just be sure to use the email address associated with their account. If they do not yet have a My Disney Experience account, they can create one and then one of you can send the invitation to connect through the Family & Friends List. Once you are connected, you should be able to login to your account online or through the My Disney Experience Mobile App and reassign those tickets.

Of course, if you have difficulty getting the tickets reassigned, you can always call to speak with a cast member in Website Support. They should be able to take a look at your My Disney Experience account to see more details. Even after everyone has their own My Disney Experience account with tickets linked, you may want to still make a few advanced dining reservations for the group to be sure you can all eat at the same time for at least a few meals.

Robert, I hope this helps! I am also glad to see you considering Disney Genie+. Although my family does not always use it, we have used it at Magic Kingdom and found it incredibly helpful. Since it sounds like you are the trip leader, I am sending some pixie dust your way to give you patience while planning for a group! When I have planned for larger groups in the past, I have learned that we do not all have to spend every single minute together. Breaking up into smaller groups and also scheduling at least one meal a day together gives people a chance to explore on their own and create memories together.

    Magic and memories,
