Is it possible to meet Elsa without a Fast Pass?

Hi Hollie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question.
My daughter is also a big fan of Frozen, and she wants to meet-and-greet Anna and Elsa every time we visit WDW.  I usually get a FastPass+ to guarantee we will have an encounter with them without waiting too long in line.  You don’t need a FastPass+ for meeting them, but regular lines for meeting these two royal friends tend to be long. I recommend you arrive early at Magic Kingdom Park, head to Fantasyland, and make this special meet-and-greet first thing of your day.
We also love to see Anna and Elsa at For the first time in Forever: A Frozen sing along celebration, at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It´s an amazing show! You will be able to join our Frozen friends and laugh and sing with a retelling of the kingdom’s tale. You can’t miss it!
Hope this helps your planning. Please, don’t hesitate to come back if you have further questions.
    Have a magical day!
