Is it possible to e mail AOA directly to send through a room request?

    Hi, Wendy!

The best way to notify your resort of any room requests is to call (407)934-7639 and have your request noted on your reservation. Your notes will be forwarded to the resort to the Room Assignment team. I would have my request noted no later than a week before your arrival.

You can also call the resort directly about 5 days prior to your arrival to see if they can add additional notes for your upcoming stay. Remember that all requests are noted but cannot be guaranteed.

Another place to make some basic room requests (high floor, near transportation, etc) is during the online check-in process. This is the easiest and quickest way, but the request options are not very specific.

At this time, there is not an email that goes directly to any of the resorts that can assist you in your room preference. You can use this general email form for most inquiries. These emails are read, and usually responded to within a few days.

Regardless of which section of Art of Animation you are staying in, make sure to take s stroll around the entire resort. It is so much fun to see all your Disney favorites come to life! Enjoy!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
