Hi Diane,
Welcome to planDisney! We’re here to answer all your vacation planning questions, from using the My Disney Experience mobile app to planning your perfect park day.
My first recommendation is to ensure your phone software and My Disney Experience mobile app are up to date. Next, enter your
My Disney Experience mobile app and click the three horizontal bars in the bottom right. Scroll down and select “Sign Out.” Exit and fully close your My Disney Experience mobile app.
When you re-enter your My Disney Experience mobile app you will be prompted to enter your email address and password. Before clicking “Sign In” there should be a toggle to “Remember Me” or “Use Face ID.” If you select one of these options, your log-in information should be saved for the next time you open the mobile app. I did speak with a Cast Member as I was researching your question and they explained to me that even after saving your log-in information you may occasionally be asked to l
og in again as a safety precaution for your account information.
If these steps don’t solve your issue, you could call and speak to a Cast Member by calling the number listed under “
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+.”
Not only will you use your My Disney Experience mobile app for Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ Service, but you can also use it to
open your Disney Resort hotel room door,
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, and to
join Virtual Queues for select attractions. I hope this answer helps solve your technical issues, Diane! If you have any more questions as you continue planning your visit, visit us again at planDisney!
