Hey Howdy Hey, Rod!
Welcome to planDisney! How exciting that you are planning a Disney vacation in the spring. What a perfect time to visit
Walt Disney World Resort. As Disney Vacation Club Members, we almost always order grocery delivery to our Deluxe Studio or Villa. It's a great way to enjoy light breakfasts and snacks in our room and save our mid-day and dinner-time dining for one of the incredible Disney Dining options in the parks.
Rod, we don't have a complete list of all of the grocery delivery services, because these are outside vendors. However, I can make a few recommendations. Our family has typically ordered Instacart from Publix, but there may be other grocery store options within Instacart that you can check out. Walmart may also deliver and you can look into Kroeger as well. My parents live close to Walt Disney World Resort and they often use both of these services, so they may deliver to Walt Disney World. Some people have ordered from Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods, and Garden Grocer and Dizzy Dolphin Delivery are popular options with planDisney panelists. Another panelist had success with Vacation Grocery Delivery.
One thing to note, Rod, is that your order can be delivered to
Bell Services at your Resort. However, my recommendation is to time the delivery for when you will be in your room. Some of the Resorts do not have space to store refrigerated items and so you may want to just ensure that your groceries can come straight to your room. If Bell Services delivers the groceries to your room, there is a
$6 fee (subject to change), but you can opt to meet the delivery driver in the lobby and borrow a Bell Cart to bring groceries to your room. If you have ordered alcohol, you will need to meet the delivery person with your ID.
I hope this helps you, Rod! If you have any further questions, stop back and see me and I'll be so happy to help you.
Have fun making magical memories!
Keri
