Danie Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Is it possible to link park tickets to the my Disney experience app when you are not staying in a Disney hotel? I've got my tickets booked and want to start booking dining/fast pass but can't seem to link my booking! Thanks

    Hi Danie,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. We on the panel love helping guests to plan magical vacations! I am glad that you are thinking ahead to start booking your dining and Disney FastPass+ selections. Getting these lined up before you leave home will make your Walt Disney World vacation go smoothly when you arrive!

You should be able to link your Walt Disney World theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account regardless of if you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort hotel. If you are unable to link these following the guidance in My Disney Experience, I suggest that you call the Disney internet help desk at 407-939-7765. A cast member there should be able to help you with your specific account.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Danie. Have a great time planning your magical vacation and please do let us know if you have any further questions!
