Is it possible to link the park tickets I bought at the Disney Store to my account? I've been given the option of FastPass+ but can't use it because only some of the people in my party had tickets that could be linked online.

    Hi, Kristin!

You should have no problem linking your tickets purchased at the Disney Store to your My Disney Experience account.  Once linked, you will be able to book your FastPass+ when you are about 60 days out from your magical vacation.

Your friends, unless they have an Annual Premier Pass, should be able to link their tickets to their accounts.  I had some tickets that seemed a bit different, but once I went through all the different ticket types they give the option for, I did find mine.  If your friends continue to have a problem linking their tickets, call (407)W-DISNEY, ask for Disney World in Florida, then request Technical Support for FastPass+ and assistance will be offered.

This whole new system will take a while for all of us to learn, but hopefully we will all be old pros in no time at all!
