Is it possible to leave the resort during the day and come back? Is it also possible to not stay at the resort but just have the tickets for more that 1 day and stay in a hotel outside the resort?

    Hi Lul!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you so much for reaching out to us hEAR to help plan the Best! Vacation! Ever!

Yes! Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park Admission Tickets allow for unlimited entry each day of their use. Technically there are two kinds of admission tickets: the first is '1-Park Per Day' tickets that can be used to gain entry to one theme park of your choice each day. You can show up at the park's opening, leave to get lunch somewhere else, and come back to take in some evening entertainment. The other kind of ticket is called a 'Park Hopper', which also allows for unlimited admission per day, but to all four Disney Theme Parks in the same operating day. You could have breakfast in Disney's Hollywood Studios, lunch in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, dinner at EPCOT and dessert at Magic Kingdom Park! And best of all, these tickets can be used by all of Mickey's guests, no matter where they choose to stay!

Pro Tip: When you're researching your area hotel options, double check their amenities. Some non-Disney hotels do provide complimentary shuttles, but in my experience it's faster and easier to get to Disney's theme parks in a rental car. While there is a parking fee at each Disney Theme Park, these are daily rates that also allow for in-and-out privileges across all four theme parks, meaning you'll only pay this fee once per day so your car can also come and go as many times as you leave or park hop.

I hope that this helped to clEAR things up a bit, Lul, and if you have any more Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
