Hello! How are you? Is it possible to leave our luggage at Disneyland hotels while we are in the parks, even if we are not guests at the hotels?

Hello Joao Paulo, and welcome to planDisney. I'm doing great, thanks for asking. There is a lot of excitement in the air as the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration prepares to kick off. I can't wait to see the vibrant decorations, amazing shows, new merchandise, and more. It continues through summer 2026, so you should be able to experience the festive atmosphere when you visit, too!

Joao Paulo, it sounds like you'll be visiting with some luggage in tow. Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to store your luggage at a Disneyland Resort hotel unless you are staying there. Hotel Guests have the option to store their luggage early on the day of check-in and on the day of departure after checking out.

Another option would be to rent an oversized locker just outside the main entrance of Disneyland in the picnic area. These jumbo lockers (which measure 18" wide, 25" high, and 37" deep) are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Just be sure to double-check the size of your luggage beforehand. The Disneyland Resort rules prohibit suitcases or bags that are larger than 15" wide, 18" high, and 24" long. Also, since you’ll need to pass through the security screening with your luggage to access the lockers, make sure you don't have anything that’s on the list of prohibited items.

If you are interested in perhaps staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel or a Good Neighbor hotel, you have the option of purchasing a vacation package, which typically includes accommodations and theme park tickets. It's still a little early for 2026 bookings, but you can check back in the coming months.

Joao Paulo, your magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth will be here before we know it. If you have any other questions, please reach out. We at planDisney are always happy to help.

    Your pal,
