    Is it possible to get lactose free milk at Everything Pop Dining and Shopping?

    Hello Carol,

    Thanks for stopping by!  In my experience, Walt Disney World is incredibly accommodating for individuals with food allergies and food sensitivities.  You can absolutely  purchase lactose free milk (soy milk) at the Walt Disney World Resort hotels, including Disney's Pop Century Resort.  In addition, you can find lactose-free milk throughout the parks and restaurants.  I recommend that you email special.diets@disneyworld.com prior to your arrival to notify Disney of your food sensitivity.  They can then provide you up-to-date information about all of the locations across Walt Disney World with lactose free milk.  Finally, when you make your dining reservations, I recommend that you note your allergy in the reservation.
