Would it be possible to keep the charges for business separate from pleasure? Can I request a separate bill for just the hotel charges from meals/theme park tickets etc? Also can I purchase the dining plan for just my family and not myself?

    Hi Khanh,

The Dining Plan is an option available to guests who purchase a package that includes resort reservation, park tickets and food.  In order to participate in the plan, everyone included in your reservation needs to participate in the plan.  You won't be able to purchase it for your children without getting it for yourself.

As far as keeping charges separate, you could certainly do that.  You don't have to purchase a vacation plan that includes hotel and theme park tickets together.  You can reserve your room and purchase your park tickets separately.  Also, at each meal you'll be given a receipt like you would at any restaurant.  You could use a separate charge card to pay for those meals or just save receipts to be reimbursed for any meals expenses you might incur.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation, and don't work too hard.

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
