Is it possible to have an important package mailed to me at my hotel during my stay?

    Hello, Shaun!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for bringing us your Disneyland Resort question. Your magical visit is just around the pixie-dusted corner!

Yes, Guests staying at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels are able to receive mail during their stay. This can include letters, packages, grocery deliveries, or items shipped in advance to save luggage space. If you wish to receive a package during your vacation, please make sure the box includes your name, the mailing address of your specific hotel, the word “Guest,” and your planned hotel check-in date.

However, please be aware that deliveries may be screened and sorted at a security checkpoint before being delivered, so items can be delayed based on the type of service used. Be sure to include ample time for delivery if possible, especially if your visit includes a weekend and/or a holiday. This happened to me during a stay last Thanksgiving week, and my parcel didn’t arrive at the hotel until the day I checked out.

I hope this information helps, Shaun. If there are any other planning questions we can answer before your vacation begins, please don’t hesitate to ask!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
