Hi, Sharon! It's great to see you back here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
It sounds like you have an epic day of adventure planned at
Disney's Hollywood Studios, where you can step inside some of your favorite stories!
Fantasmic! and
Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular are both memorable ways to end a day at Disney's Hollywood Studios. I highly recommend taking in both of these amazing shows. However, it is difficult to catch both of these nighttime spectaculars in one night.
Although park hours and showtimes are always subject to change, typically, Fantasmic! and Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular take place right around the same time. I would recommend double-checking showtimes on the day of your visit by picking up a Times Guide at the park or by checking your
My Disney Experience mobile app, but currently, Fantasmic! is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. on April 23, 2020. As of right now, the April showtimes are not yet posted for Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular, but in my experience, this show typically takes place right around park closing time. I checked the
park hours for the day of your visit, and Disney's Hollywood Studios is scheduled to close at 8:30 p.m. I think there is a good chance that the two shows will be taking place simultaneously.
If your vacation itinerary allows you to spend more than one evening at Disney's Hollywood Studios, I would suggest taking in Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular on another night. If you will only be at Disney's Hollywood Studios for one day, you will still have plenty of other opportunities to
experience the Star Wars universe, including a visit to
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Once you have finished exploring Black Spire Outpost, you can enjoy your
Fantasmic! Dining Package.
Wishing you a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Samantha
