Is it possible to get a history of my points usage throughout several years?

    Hey There, Amy!

As a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member (and a fellow Amy!), I'm happy to welcome you to planDisney.  Thanks so much for dropping by with a question today.  As DVC Members, we're lucky enough to enjoy years of magical Disney memory-making, so it's understandable that all those visits (not to mention all the times we've banked, borrowed, or transferred Points) can be hard to keep straight in your mind.  Let me walk you through what you need to do to see a history of your Vacation Points usage so you can take a trip down Membership memory lane.

To find a list of your previous Vacation Points transactions, you'll want to start with the Disney Vacation Club website.  And the really great thing is that not only will you be able to view your previous visits, but you'll also be able to see every transaction –– so if you canceled reservations, borrowed or banked Points, or transferred them to another Membership, you'll be able to check out all those transactions, as well.  To find this information, you'll want to log into the website using your DVC account credentials, then hover over the "My DVC" tab and select "My Vacation Points" from the drop-down menu.  Then, in the "Vacation Points Overview" section, click the blue "View Transactions" button under "Full Statement of Vacation Points Activity" –– this will allow you to see all your Points transactions for the current Use Year, as well as the previous Use Year and the Upcoming Use Year.

If you'd like to see your Vacation Points usage going farther back than the 2021 Use Year, I recommend reaching out to Member Services, who should be able to provide you with that information.  While you can always give them a call at (800) 800-9800 with any Membership questions, I really recommend starting with the handy chat feature on the DVC website –– the Member Services Cast Member you chat with will be able to access your account information and might be able to provide you with this information (likely via email) without making a call.  Lately, I've had great luck dealing with Membership issues through the chat and the wait times are usually significantly shorter than wait times over the phone.  To speed things up, just be sure to have your Membership information on hand before you begin –– the Cast Member you work with will need that info to access your account.

Thanks so much for visiting planDisney, Amy.  I hope this helped to answer your question, but if you need more information or think of new questions about your Disney Vacation Club Membership, please don't hesitate to stop by again –– we're always here to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
    Amy
