Hi there, Diana!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am thrilled that you are preparing for your
Halloween on the High Seas Disney Cruise Line vacation! My family’s very first Disney Cruise Line vacation was aboard a Halloween on the High Seas sailing and we loved (and still do!) the extra themed activities and décor throughout the ship! It’s such a fun way to add some extra magic to an already fun and exciting season!
Generally, you will only be able to schedule one Port Adventure excursion per day when you book onboard and onshore activities. If there happen to be at least 90 minutes between the return of one and the departure of another, then you can book both excursions, but unfortunately, the scheduled times are not yet available. Your “all aboard” time is currently scheduled for 4:00PM, so I think both of those excursions would have only morning departures but confirm once your booking window opens!
I checked with Guest Services and for the
St. Thomas Historic Adventure (ST72), you will stop at the 99 Steps for a photo opportunity, but there is not time built into the schedule for climbing the steps. I have been to the Pirate Museum in St. Thomas and it was a lot of fun for all ages; my boys really enjoyed it because we happened to be there on the same day as
Pirate Night onboard! You really can't go wrong with either choice as the Port Adventure team takes care of every detail allowing you to fully enjoy!
Wishing you a magical adventure at sea and onshore, Diana!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
