Is it possible, with the high volume of the Sci-Fi Dine In restaurant patrons, that walk-ins could be accommodated? Or is it strictly by reservation? We plan on going the week of Thanksgiving (2015) and would love to eat there.

    Hi Nathalie,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

We typically visit Walt Disney World over Thanksgiving. It's definitely a magical time to visit, although it is usually crowded. In my experience, it's difficult to get in to the restaurants without a reservation that week. It's always possible, but I would recommend making reservations. If there is no availability, keep checking, as cancellations do occur.

If you do try to walk-in, it's best to go early or late, and not at peak times.

Good luck, and have a great vacation!
