Is it possible to get a guest assistance card ahead of time or do you have to wait until your first day at the park.

    Hi, Doranne!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for your question. In order to request a Guest Assistance Card, you will need to go in person to Guest Relations at any park. At Guest Relations, which are located just inside the park entrances, you can speak with a Cast Member about the type of accommodation(s) you may require due to a mobility, visual or hearing disability or other diagnosed medical condition. The Guest Assistance Card is issued as a way to help guests with disabilities experience the Walt Disney World Theme Parks in the best manner possible. Follow this link to learn more about how the Disney Theme Parks accommodate guests with disabilities.

Wishing you a magical vacation! Please let me know if I can assist you further with your planning needs.
