Is it possible to go to the Epcot park in the morning, go to the hotel (all star movies) to rest, then come back to the park in the afternoon-night with the one park per day option? Thank you

    Hi Nathalie,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question.

Believe it or not, your plan is exactly how my family spends most of its Disney Days when we’re on vacation. We typically visit a Theme Park in the morning, arriving the moment it opens, leave during the peak afternoon hours for a bit of rest/pool time at our Disney Resort Hotel, and then we head back for dinner or for some nighttime fun, including fireworks!

I’m happy to say that, if you plan to return to the same Theme Park that you visited in the morning, then you don’t need to purchase the Park Hopper Option for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. In the example you’ve given above, that means that you can absolutely visit Epcot in the morning, return to Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort for a rest in the middle of the afternoon and then head back for more Epcot fun that evening with a 1 Park Per Day Ticket. Don’t forget to make a Disney dining reservation if you’d like to dine at one of Epcot’s amazing table service restaurants.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
