Is it possible to see Fantasmic at 7 and make a 7:55 reservation at 'Ohana? This would be in February.

Hi Laryssa and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
The short answer is no, and here is why:

Fantasmic! is a water/light/firework spectacular that you can experience most nights at Disney's Hollywood Studios.  The show is about 30 minutes long. If all goes well, that will put you beginning the trek out of the arena at 7:30. This is where it gets tricky! In my experience it can take upwards of 15 - 20 minutes to get from your seat to the exit of the park. Just imagine thousands of people leaving at the same time! In the best case scenario you would be at the entrance to the park at 7:45. Even if a taxicab was waiting for you at the entrance (which is unlikely!) it takes at least 15 minutes to get from Disney's Hollywood Studios to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. You still have to make your way upstairs to 'Ohana. I would estimate you would arrive at your reservation, at minimum, 15 minutes late... and that would require every star in the universe to align. If you have to add in tram time to get to a car, or bus time it becomes even more improbable.  I recommend not putting yourself through that much stress. Either try to get a later reservation at 'Ohana or see Fantasmic! a different evening.

I hope this helps with your planning. See ya real soon!
