Is it possible to email our resort (we are staying @ All Star Music) our room request rather than calling them? I live in the Netherlands, and I fear my English is not good enough to make a phone-request. Thanks!

    Hi Karen,

Thank you for stopping by the Moms Panel. We are so happy that you decided to direct your question to us, all the way from Holland. Welcome!

You can most definitely make your room request for your reservation at Disney's All-Star Music Resort online. Instead of emailing, might I suggest that you list your room request under your My Disney Experience account? There is a special space under your reservation where you are able to type in requests. Also, once you get closer to your magical vacation, you will be sent the option of early online check-in. You will not only be able to check into your accommodations before you even arrive, but you'll also be able to make room requests and annotate any other requirements you may need for your room. Walt Disney World thinks of it all!

I hope this answers your question, Karen. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask us at any time. We're always here to help.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
