Is it possible to drop luggage at bell services the day before check in ? We are staying offsite first then onsite and want to hit parks early on our first day, and don’t really want the hassle of loading bags and transporting ourselves to the resort first

    Hello Anne,

As the current UK Panelist here at planDisney, it's my pleasure to welcome you!  I really love the opportunity of offering a little pixie-dusted assistance to a fellow Brit who also visits the magic of Walt Disney World Resort from across the pond.

It's amazing to hEAR that you already have an April 2022 jolly holiday booked to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort!  I love having my own Disney countdown to look forward to and plan towards and can just imagine that you're exactly the same.  To make your countdown a little extra fun, you may wish to take a peek at our Panel Extras  - Countdown to your Disney Vacation.

What a super-smart plan it is to hit up the parks early on the very 1st day of your holiday!  After all, you'll still be running on UK-time so should be up bright and early in the morning for the first couple of days until you acclimatise to Mickey-time.

Generally speaking, Guests are welcome to check-in to their Disney Resorts Collection hotel from 3 pm on their arrival day, and for your added information, check-out on departure day is from 11 am.  However, with a little faith, trust, and pixie dust it may just be possible to leave your luggage with Bell Services on the day prior to your scheduled check-in date.

Ahead of your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort, I suggest speaking with a Cast Member at the Front Desk of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel who will be able to best advise on the current availability of fulfilling your request.  Please do bear in mind that requests can never be guaranteed at Walt Disney World Resort, however, Cast Members will always do their very best to accommodate your needs based on current availability.

If you should have any further questions for me about your April 2022 holiday plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort, then please do pop back to planDisney!  I'm always more than happy to help.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
