Hello, is it possible to deliver ebay or Amazon shopping to our room during our stay? We are stying in all star movies resort.

    Hi Remy,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question! As a fellow international traveller, I completely understand wanting to take advantage of having a United States address, even if it’s only temporary.

I’m happy to say that you can absolutely have items shipped from any online retailer to your Disney Resort Hotel. You can find your Resort’s shipping address by going to the “overview” tab for that Resort’s web page. Just make sure that in the “name” section when you fill out your shipping address, that you include the words “GUEST, ARRIVING MM/DD/YY” so that the Cast Member who receives your package knows where it should go. Please note that there will be a service fee charged for every package that arrives at your Resort for you.

I’d absolutely recommend holding on to your package’s tracking information  to make sure that your item reaches its destination. I’d even recommend giving that information to your Resort’s Lobby Concierge to make sure that your items can get sent straight to your room once they’ve arrived.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne

Meet the Panelist: Lynne, Quebec

Hi, I’m Lynne from Montreal, Quebec, Canada! I’m a working mom who enjoys snuggles with my son and my husband, who has been my sweetheart since 1997. We’ve been lucky enough to experience several milestones in Walt Disney World, including our wedding and honeymoon in 2009. As Disney Vacation Club members, we often plan trips for large, and sometimes even multi-generational, groups to come and enjoy the fun with us. Learn More About Lynne
