Is it possible for me to contact my favorite Disney character, Doc McStuffins by email? I was there in June and I did get to see her, but I forgot to ask her a very important question.

    Hi Anna!

How sweet that you want to reach out to Doc McStuffins! Unfortunately, Disney doesn't offer a direct email address for guests to contact Disney Characters. However, I do have some fun ideas of ways you can connect with her!

I reached out to a Walt Disney World Cast Member, and they provided me with a mailing address. You can send a letter to Doc McStuffins and other Disney characters at this address:

    Walt Disney World Communications
    P.O. Box 10040
    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-0040

While you may not receive a personal reply, it's a magical way to share your thoughts or ask that important question.

If you’re planning another visit to Walt Disney World, make a point to visit Doc McStuffins again, maybe even with a little note or drawing to give her! As Doc would say, “The Doc is in,” and she’d love to see you again!

At Disney's Hollywood Studios, Doc McStuffins is part of the Disney Junior Play 'n Dine character dining experience at Hollywood & Vine. During breakfast, you can enjoy a meal while she visits your table for autographs, photos, and hugs! Character Dining experiences offer a more relaxed setting to meet your favorite Disney characters. Because they come to your table, you get a bit more time for interaction, and it’s a great way to see several Disney Junior friends in one place (and enjoy a delicious meal!)

You can also find her Disney Junior Play and Dance! in Animation Courtyard, where you can join Doc McStuffins, Vampirina, Timon and Mickey for a musical celebration and dance party! She also meets guests in the outdoor area dedicated to Disney Junior characters. It’s a great spot to interact with her one-on-one and ask any questions you might have forgotten last time! For a fun interaction and a special souvenir, bring a small toy stethoscope, or even a toy bandage, and ask Doc McStuffins to "sign" it. She might even play along and give your toy a quick check-up!

The My Disney Experience app is your go-to tool for finding characters during your Walt Disney World visit. When you open the app, tap on the map icon at the bottom of the screen to bring up a map of the park you’re visiting. You'll see a filter icon in the top-right corner. Tap it, and select “Characters”. The map will show icons representing where characters are meeting guests throughout the park! Tap on a character icon to see more details, including the specific times they'll be appearing. Character appearances can sometimes change due to weather or other factors, so it’s a good idea to check the app throughout the day for the latest information.

As much as Doc McStuffins loves to help her stuffed animal friends, when it comes to real medical questions, it’s best to leave those to the pros in white coats - actual doctors! Doc’s great with a toy stethoscope, but for anything more serious than a boo-boo, make sure you reach out to a real-life medical professional. Remember, even Doc would say, “The Doc is in… but not for humans!” Stay safe, and keep the Disney magic alive!
