Hello, Celeste,
I do hope that you can enjoy your planned visit to the Disneyland Resort sooner than later. But if life gets in the way of a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth, there is usually a way to modify your plans to visit another day.
To visit a Disneyland Resort theme park, each Guest must have both valid theme park admission and a
theme park reservation. Park reservations can be viewed on the “Future Plans” screen of the
Disneyland mobile app and on the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page of the Disneyland Resort website. For typical tickets (not
special events), the "My Theme Park Reservations" page is where you can cancel an existing reservation. After canceling a reservation, your
theme park ticket will remain linked to your account, allowing you to return to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page to book a new reservation on an
available date for which the ticket is still valid.
Theme park reservations can be canceled up until 11:59 PM of the day before the reservation. If something comes up and you are unable to use your reservation but didn’t get a chance to cancel it by the evening before, a new reservation can be booked after the end of the day of the reservation. As long as the theme park ticket remains valid, a new reservation can be made. Be sure to check the expiration details specific to your ticket to find out when the ticket will remain valid.
If you do happen to need to cancel and rebook a park reservation, I hope you can book a date that is still soon. The
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is going on now for a limited time. I hope you can experience the festival before it ends on April 25, 2023. My family and I are especially looking forward to the
Soarin' Over California attraction, which will be available during the festival only.
I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Celeste!
