Oi, Francisco!
Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by. I'm thrilled to help you because I'm also from Santa Catarina. I miss Florianópolis
dearly, so going to the Disneyland Resort (especially the Pacific Wharf area) is my coping mechanism!
While you may be able to change the name on a
ticket once you get to the ticket booths at the Disneyland Resort, I'm glad to share that you don't have to worry about this unless you have a child's ticket that you want to use for an adult.
The key here is that the
Disneyland Resort's system connects reservations to ticket numbers, and they're only linked to a specific person once the Guests go through the turnstiles. After this moment, you can't change the owner of the ticket. So unless you need to upgrade a child ticket to an adult one, there's nothing to worry about!
If you have more questions and want answers in Portuguese, don't hesitate to visit the
Portuguese version of our planDisney. I can help you over there, and I'd love to share tips about
restaurants, attractions, and
hotels!
May the magic be with you,
Julie
