Is it possible to change 3 day admission tickets to 2 days? I clicked the wrong one

    Hey there, hi there Kayla!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney where you're always welcome as can be. We're glad you're hEAR today, and we appreciate your patience as we assist all Mouseketeers who are excited to celebrate 50 years of magic.

I'm sorry to hear you bought the incorrect theme park admission. If you finalized your ticket purchase already, it is nonrefundable, and cannot be modified to a lower-priced entitlement. You can always call (407) 939-4357 to see if anything can be done, but the official policy is no refunds or downgrades

If you see yourself taking another Walt Disney World trip in the future, you could always save your 3-day tickets and use them at a later date when you plan to play an extra day. They'll never lose value, so when you're ready for a longer visit, you could upgrade the tickets so they're valid for new dates, and purchase a new set of 2-day tickets for your upcoming trip. Another option is to extend this vacation by one day and enjoy some bonus time in the theme parks. With so much to zip-a-dee-do during the 50th-anniversary celebration, you'll have no trouble filling an extra day.

I hope something works out for you, Kayla. Best wishes finalizing your plans, and we can't wait to see ya real soon!

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort. No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
