    Is it possible to change the dates of my Disney tickets for another day if we already paid for them?

    Sometimes, circumstances change and it becomes necessary to change the date of your tickets. Depending on what kind of tickets you have, it may be possible to change the dates yourself. If you want to adjust your ticket window, you can log into your My Disney Experience account and click on "My Plans". Select your tickets, and click "Change Tickets." From here, you can modify your ticket type, change your options, and adjust the date as well. Remember that ticket pricing is date-based, so if the new dates you choose have a different price, you will be prompted to pay the difference when you make those changes.

    If you run into any issues changing the dates of your tickets, please feel free to call the hotline for existing tickets and a friendly Disney Cast Member can chat with you about your options and make those changes for you.
