I am an international visitor, and sometimes I purchase tickets with a travel agent in Brazil because different offers are often available. Unfortunately, I have never been able to modify tickets purchased from a third-party vendor online or via the My Disney Experience mobile app. Still, I recommend trying before contacting them for assistance.
To try changing your ticket,
sign in to your Disney account, visit
Tickets and Memory Maker, find the ticket you wish to modify, and select
Change Ticket. If you are using the
My Disney Experience app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, select
Tickets and Passes, find your ticket, and tap
Change Ticket. If the
Change Ticket option is not available online or in the app, you will have to contact the third-party vendor for assistance.
