Thanks for racing over to planDisney! As my pal Lightning McQueen would say, you're speeding towards your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation faster than fast and quicker than quick.
Katherine, my youngest son is a huge fan of everything Cars, so we had to build in some time during a recent visit to Walt Disney World to check out that area at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort. While Capture Your Moment sessions are not currently available at resort hotels, we were able to take some adorable photos as he enjoyed seeing all of his favorite friends from Radiator Springs. I think some of my favorite pictures were taken when he tried to wrap Lightning McQueen in a giant hug!
On the day we visited, we had breakfast at
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera with Mickey and his pals before hopping on the
Disney Skyliner to head over to Art of Animation. After spending some time exploring the resort, we took the Skyliner to
EPCOT for a lovely afternoon and evening in the park. Utilizing Disney's
complimentary resort transportation made it easy to make this "resort hop" possible!
If you're looking for professional photos during your trip,
Capture Your Moment sessions can currently be reserved in each of the four theme parks. Specific location availability within a park may vary depending on the day and time of your session, but if you're looking for something with a bit of "character," you may want to consider a photography session at
Disney's Hollywood Studios. One of the areas that you may be able to request that day is
Toy Story Land - another area at Walt Disney World that feels like you've stepped right into a beloved movie!
