    Hi is it possible to cancel tickets for one day of stay for guests in your party?

    Hey there, Kim! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. 

    Depending on how you have booked your vacation, Kim, you may or may not be able to modify the ticket situation. If everyone in your party is under one vacation package and are all staying in the same room with the same tickets, you'd have to modify the tickets for everyone in your party which it seems like you don't want to do. It's kind of an all or nothing process. If you'd like to keep your tickets the way they are but your friend who is booked under the same reservation wants to change theirs, that is not possible at this time. If you've all booked vacation packages separately, staying in different rooms with different reservations and tickets then each individual person would be able to modify their own tickets and reservations. Since I don't have all of that information, Kim, my best advice would be to reach out to the Existing Tickets help line and see what they have to say about it. The number to call is (407) 566-4985. Please do keep in mind that the call centers are very busy at this time and Guests are experiencing higher wait times than normal. What I've actually been doing is reaching out using the chat feature on the MyDisneyExperience app and I've been having good success chatting with someone with little to no wait time. If you'd like to use that feature instead of calling all you have to do is download the MyDisneyExperience app to your smartphone device. Then, open the app and log in to your account. Once that's done, you'll open up the menu options by selecting the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen. From there you should see the option to chat with a cast member. The chat feature opens up each morning at about 6:00 a.m. and I recommend reaching out as early as possible to avoid wait times.
